ABSTRACT

All the works have been carried out according to the ancient Roman-Byzantine mosaic technique; the gols tessera, glass paste enamelling, marble, stones and gold pieces, therefore, are all strictly hand-cut using hammer and chisel. They are suitable to decorate monuments and tombstones.
